Entering data in the Recognition AIS

The system allows you to select Russian, English or Chinese for displaying field names and instructions on the screen. However, the information must be submitted into the system only in Russian in accordance with the translation of documents into Russian certified by a notary.

When entering data into the system, the fields marked with an asterisk ( * ) are required.

The request is divided into several sections, after each of which there is a "Save and continue" button. After saving the data, the next section opens to fill in. If the field is highlighted in red when trying to save data, it means that it is filled in incorrectly or not filled in, but it is mandatory.

Note that if there is a down arrow to the right of the input field, the value is selected from the drop-down list that appears when you click on the arrow. If you are asked to enter a date, you must enter it in the format DD.MM.YYYY

Until the request for documents for verification is fully formed and sent for review, you can correct the entered data. After making any correction, do not forget to save the updated data.
